Chronotype
Sleep QualityChronotype refers to a person's natural tendency toward earlier ("morning lark") or later ("night owl") sleep timing.
GWAS work has identified many variants linked to chronotype, often near genes in the circadian clock such as PER and CRY family genes.
This result reflects research-level variation in circadian biology and is not a sleep diagnosis or a recommended bedtime.
Light exposure, work schedule, age, social schedule, caffeine, and screen use also strongly shape actual sleep timing.
