Download your RAW file
Complete each step in the provider account before returning to DNA Genics.
Sign in
Sign in to 23andMe.
Open the download area
Visit Download Raw Data page. Or, you can visit the page from your Account tab on top-right → “Browse Raw Data” → “Download” too).
Request your file
Scroll down and go to the “Request your raw data download” section. Opt-in consent, and click “Submit request”.
Check your email
You will receive an email from 23andMe in a few minutes. Depending on timing, this could take longer than 10 minutes. Once you receive the email, download the raw DNA data file. It comes as a zip file.
Continue to DNA Genics
Upload your file to DNAGENICS
Keep the original. Then choose an upload.
Store the downloaded file securely and check the upload instructions for its format. Downloading a file does not upload it to DNA Genics or start an analysis.
