Can I upload before purchasing?

Yes. Upload a compatible DNA file to start with available free reports, including Predicted Blood Type and parental-relatedness analysis. Ultimate is a separate premium purchase. Uploading does not unlock the full collection.

Can I preview reports before choosing?

Yes. Browse the sample-report collection before uploading or purchasing. The editorial illustration on this page shows no personal result or customer genetic data.

Which DNA files can I use?

Compatible RAW exports from providers including 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA and LivingDNA are supported. Whole-genome data may require conversion. Review the upload options for compatibility, processing and consent. Provider names describe compatibility, not affiliation or endorsement.

Does the package guarantee every report can be generated?

No. Your file must contain sufficient markers for the analysis. In particular, mtDNA and Y-DNA predictions depend on marker coverage. Reference comparisons describe genetic similarity, not proof of ancestry, nationality, ethnicity or cultural identity.

Is Ultimate a subscription or a new physical DNA test?

Ultimate is a one-time package purchase for one selected DNA sample under the applicable package terms. It uses a compatible DNA file you already have. Any timed benefit is identified separately and does not become a lifetime benefit. Display currency may be EUR or USD; billing is in EUR.

Where can I review privacy and retention details?

Review the upload information and Privacy Policy before providing a DNA file. These explain consent, processing and retention. Existing account controls for files and preferences remain available.

Can I review other packages or existing access?

Do data-processing tools replace measured DNA?

No. Imputation estimates additional markers and phasing estimates chromosome profiles. These are statistical results, subject to the input file and method. Review the relevant service details before relying on an estimate.

How much AI Assistant access is listed?

The current package lists 12 months of AI Assistant access. This is a timed benefit, separate from report access, and not a lifetime promise. AI-generated content, informational only and not medical, genealogical, or legal advice. It may contain inaccuracies; verify independently. How do the AI Custom Image credits work?
