How ratings work

This calculator's rating combines how often it's actually used (total runs, recent activity, and sustained usage over time) with community endorsement (thumbs up/down from people who ran it). Both parts use statistical safeguards so a few early runs or votes can't produce an inflated score, and steady, consistent usage is rewarded rather than penalized. Ratings are recalculated periodically and update gradually rather than jumping suddenly.
